Applications for TCRExpress™ and SuperTCRExpress™ products
Our TCRExpress product lines are versatilely usable for the analysis of T lymphocyte immune system responses. Possible applications for our different product groups include:
TCR Clonality Detection Kits
Detect T cell immune response at the molecular level, and not at the cellular level (as with ELISPOT) or antibody level (as with flow cytomertry), following vaccination or peptide stimulations in vivo or in vitro, and can further characterize antigen specific immune response by CDR3 sequencing.
Track effectiveness of therapeutic treatment in TCR, T cell, gene or anti viral therapy for cancer, autoimmune diseases and HIV infection in human subjects or mouse models.
Monitor T cell immune reconstitution following bone marrow transplantation and combination therapy (HAART).
