Shipping
Domestic: We use FedEx Express 2nd Day delivery for all items that do not include enzymes. Items that include Enzymes are shipped using FedEx Standard Overnight. Please be prepared to open these items immediately and provide cooling to keep enzymes frozen at -4° C until use.
International: We ship to our international customers all shipments using FedEx International Priority. Please be prepared to open items containing enzymes immediately and provide cooling to keep enzymes frozen at -4° C until use.
Shipping cost: all shipments are "Prepaid and Add".
Other shipping options: customers can request other shipping options, e.g. using their own shipping provider. We will try to accomodate these requests as resaonably possible.

We accept payments by check/wire transfer after credit approval, or with the following credit cards:
Refund policy: It is our goal to deliver our products in the best possible quality to our customers. Should we fail in exceptional cases to achieve this, we will replace free of charge any part of our products that does not meet the requirements of its intended purpose or, on our discretion, refund any payments made to us for faulty products.
