T Cell Receptor Clonality Detection Kits
BioMed Immunotech offers a line of TCR clonality detection kits for the detection and analysis of clonality in 22 families of the Vβ repertoire in subject T lymphocytes. The clonality detection is based on multiple PCR amplifications and is made visible using a high resolution gel (using a standard horizontal gel tray). A DNA fragment analyzer is not required to get reliable results. Currently, kits are available for mouse and human subjects, with cDNA or RNA as the starting point of the kit (see: Technology: TCRExpress vs. SuperTCRExpress)
