Clonality Quantitation and CDR3 Size Diversity Determination Kits


TCR clonality quantitation and CDR3 size diversity determination kits are used to determine quantitatively changes in the clonality / CDR3 diversity of Vα or Vβ repertoires with in the subject T lymphocytes. The system consists of PCR amplifications, CDR3 diversity determination and quantitative analysis with proprietary software. Kits are available to analyze changes in 22 functional families (Human Vα 30 families) in the Vα or Vβ repertoires. The kits are grouped into kits for Human or Mouse, Vα or Vβ families, and cDNA or RNA as the starting point of the kit (see: Technology: TCRExpress vs. SuperTCRExpress).
