In addition to its products for TCR Clonality Detection, BioMed Immunotech offers its technology also as a service to customers that lack menpower or experience with TCR clonality. We offer clonality detection and analysis of clonality in any of 22 families of the Vβ repertoire in subject T lymphocytes (mouse or human). The service includes RNA purification, PCR amplifications (primary combined with cDNA synthesis, and Jβ specific), clonality assay on high resolution gel, and optional sequencing of CDR3 region.

Samples should be shipped as cell pellets, total RNA or cDNA, on dry ice, to BioMed Immunotech. Alternatively, whole blood samples may also be sent. Please contact us in advance of any order, so we can discuss procedures.

The prices are $40 per Vβ family, $220 for complete functional Vβ repertoire (22 families). Please contact us for price of CDR3 sequencing.
