In addition to its products for TCR Clone Screening Assay, BioMed Immunotech offers its technology also as a service to customers that lack menpower or experience with TCR clone screening assay. We offer clone screening assay in any of 22 families of the Vβ or Vα repertoire (human Vα 30 families) in subject T lymphocytes (mouse or human). The service includes RNA purification, PCR amplifications (primary combined with cDNA synthesis, and nested), clone screening assay on the agarose gel, and optional sequencing of CDR3 region.

Samples should be shipped as cell pellets, total RNA or cDNA, on dry ice, to BioMed Immunotech. Alternatively, whole blood samples may also be sent. Please contact us in advance of any order, so we can discuss procedures.

The prices are $40 per Vα/Vβ family, $220 for complete functional Vα or Vβ repertoire (22 families, $300 for 30 families human Vα). Please contact us for price of CDR3 sequencing.
